Yes. We remove existing tile, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, or carpet and properly dispose of materials. We also handle subfloor leveling, moisture barriers, and waterproofing membrane installation as needed — all of which are included in your quote.
Timeline depends on the size and scope of the project. A single-room floor installation typically takes 1–2 days. A full home or multi-room project may take 3–7 days. We always provide a clear schedule during your free consultation.
Yes. Galla Tile holds California Contractor License #1093410 and carries full liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage on every job. Proof of insurance is available upon request before any work begins.
Absolutely. Many clients purchase their own materials and we install them. We can also source and supply flooring through our trade accounts — often at better pricing than retail. We'll walk you through both options during your consultation.

For wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms, we recommend porcelain tile or luxury vinyl plank (LVP) — both are fully waterproof and extremely durable. Natural stone is also an excellent choice with proper sealing. We'll help you choose the right material for your specific space during the consultation.
